The Blue Mountains is located about 2 hours journey by car or train west of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The City is made up of about 70,000 residents living in small villages and towns from Lapstone to Mt. Victoria and is actually situated within a National Park.
Few ranges anywhere carry so many natural attractions as the Blue Mountains. The basic appeal is created by the great sandstone ridges and ravines, which spread and sprawl in fantastic fashion and which, over the centuries, have become fissured and turreted by wind and rain to an extent that is awe-inspiring.
