Common problem:

I can receive e-mail, but all mail I try to send remains in out box – what do I do wrong?

This probem is created if you installed more than one Internet accounts. Typically, you will have this symptom if you first installed MSN (Microsoft Network), and later installed another e-mail account (ie. Hermes Internet). Here is how to fix it:

Go to "Tools" and "Options", and select "Delivery" tab. You will find a window decribed: "Recipient addresses are processed by these information services in the following order:". Highlight "Internet Mail", and use the arrow to the right of the list to move it to the top.
