The "Friends" group was formed as a fund raising body to help maintain the property and its renowned collection.

Social occasions, informative lectures and musical events are organised to raise funds in support of this National Trust Registered property.

"Friends" receive a regular Newsletter giving them first opportunity to book for special functions and exhibitions and receive a discount at some functions and the Gallery Shop.
