Peak Season rates Marchl to October. Mid Dec and January
Rate displayed are Daily rates for a maximum of 2 adults
$160 per night Monday to Thursday nights minimum 2 night stay
$150 per night Monday to Thursday nights minimum 3 night stay
$200 per night Fridays/Saturdays or Saturday/Sunday minimum 2 night stay
Minimum 3 nights for Public holiday long week-ends. $600.00 3 nights
Extra for up to 4 additional guests (using the 2&3 bedroom): $25pp per night Ask about our discount rates for longer stays eg $990 for 7 consecutive nights
$200.00 per night throughout Christmas, New Year and Easter with a minimum of 3 night stay Extra for up to 4 additional guests (using the 2&3 bedroom): $25pp per night Ask about our discounts for longer stays
Cancellation Policy:
On confirmation of booking we take 50% of the booking as a deposit.
Cancellations 21 days or more notice refund less a $25.00 admin fee.
Cancellation 20 to 14 days notice 50% of DEPOSIT is refunded.
Cancellation 13 days to 5 days deposit is NOT refunded.
Cancellation 4 days or less the full booking charge is taken out.
