Bodhi Falls is an architect designed home, which envelops one within its comfort, warmth and privacy.

This fully self-contained luxury retreat offers quality guest amenities and handcrafted furnishings throughout. The cottage has been designed with three levels of comfortable living. There are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a large, two-person spa. The stunning open plan living area, with its finely polished timber floors has vaulting cathedral ceilings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, central heating embellished by the warmth of a slow combustion wood fire and doors opening onto spacious decks.

Bodhi Falls is nestled at the end of a laneway and off the road, within an established leafy native garden. Designed with privacy in mind, the cottage overlooks national reserve and offers abundant natural light, within the home.

In an exclusive location, this inviting cottage is only minutes away from Katoomba Falls, Katoomba Golf Course and the scenic Cliff Drive. It is near pristine escarpment walks, rainforests, cascading waterfalls and spectacular views.

A short stroll will take you to the charming mountain village of Katoomba and is near the picturesque villages of Leura and Wentworth Falls. Each of these upper mountain villages offers a wide variety of art galleries, unique boutiques, cafes and fine restaurants.

First Couple:

$290 per night
$1285 per week

Additional Guests:

$40 per night
$100 per week

Children:

Under 2 years, not occupying a bed: No charge
2-14 years: Half the adult tariff
15 years and older: Adult tariff

Weekends, holidays and school holidays, a minimum of two nights required

SPECIAL: *** 15% discount, when booking within one week of arrival *** 15% midweek discount, except for holidays and school holidays *** Stay a third night, at half the nightly tariff, except for long weekends, holidays and school holidays.

For full confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the tariff is requested. The balance is requested one week before arrival, by Cash or by Credit Card.

Payment:

By Direct Deposit, Cash, Cheque or Credit Card i.e. Mastercard or VISA. Cheques may be made out to Tassiello and Dodge.

Cancellation:

One night's deposit will be charged if there is a cancellation. If we are able to re-let 'Bodhi Falls', the full deposit will be refunded, less a $25 administration fee.
