Secombe Aviation expects and encourages our students to do the work contained within each of our courses. Support is an active element provided to enable you to obtain the very best possible examination results.

1    All students must complete the appropriate Enrolment Forms (including the "Confidentiality Agreement") and abide by the conditions written therein.
2    No "Secombe Aviation" course material, questions or exams may be reproduced or copied under any circumstances or passed or sold onto other parties without the express written consent of "Secombe Aviation".
3    Additional support beyond these times will incurr a charge.



CORRESPONDENCE COURSE SUPPORT
1    Upon purchase of an individual subject support will be provided until you pass that subject exam or for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first.
   Where you purchase the full course in a single purchase, support will be provided until you pass each subject exam or for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first.
2    Email, fax and conventional post support is included.
3    Course amendments are included.
4    Access to the 1800 Help Line is included.
5    Conversion to the classroom course is an option at an additional charge.



CLASSROOM COURSE SUPPORT *Note 1
1    Support will be provided until you pass that subject exam or for a period of 6 months
   from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first.
2    E-mail, fax and conventional post support is included.
3    Course amendments are included.
4    Re-sitting of classroom courses will incur a charge.

   Note 1:
   Telephone support is NOT included with the classroom courses.



CLASSROOM COURSE BOOKING & REFUND POLICY
1    Bookings will be taken on a 'first in, first served basis'. Once the booking list is full
   a Reserve List will be used in the event of cancellations.
2    A $25 fee will be charged for cancellation or change of subject booking.
3    A $50 fee will be charged for cancellation or postponement of a booking within
four (4) working days prior to the commencement of a classroom course (i.e. if you cancel before this time, you will be charged $25, after this time $50).
4    No refund of deposits will be given for "No shows" (i.e. where a student fails to attend the classroom course without cancelling or changing their booking). Cancellations or changes to bookings received on the first day of a subject will be treated as a "No show".
5    Secombe Aviation reserves the right to postpone or cancel courses. In which case students will be given the option to postpone or cancel their booking at no cost.
