Secombe Aviation offers intensive seven week courses that will equip you for the ATPL(A) examinations. As with our correspondence course, bookings may be made for individual subjects or for the full course. The classrooms are located within the Airtex Aviation complex at 501 Tower Road, Bankstown Airport about 100 m South of Bankstown control tower.

As a special celebration of our growth over the past eleven years, these classroom courses are offered at exactly the same price as our correspondence courses! You will have all the advantages of our comprehensive texts, whist being taught by Gavin Secombe 'face to face'. This intensive course will include our practice examination packages with answers, so you can see exactly which questions need further clarification. As a result, our students achieve a first attempt pass rate in excess of 90% in ALL subjects!

The question is "Do I complete my studies with Secombe Aviation in the classroom or by correspondence?" That may be the hardest decision you need to make. Perhaps the solution may be a combination of both, doing some subjects in the classroom and others by correspondence.

These courses have been used by pilots with vastly different experience levels and backgrounds. Current and former students include pilots from the RAAF, universities, and General Aviation. Our courses worked for them and they will work for you.
