Gail Shaw Member of the IRTC Mailing List Information updated 21 November 1999. Back to Main Page I'm Gail Shaw, British, female, aged 23, living in South Africa. I finished at university last year, graduating with distinction in Computer Science and am now working at a small programming company (MS access, Sql server and Oracle programming with some web work hopefully coming next year). I've entered the IRTC five times, for Night (30th out of 130), Elements, Water, Imaginary Worlds and Horror. My other hobbies are computer games, fantasy and scifi books and martial arts, specifically aikido. Programs: POV-Ray - Intermediate sPatch - Beginner Moray - Beginner Vue de e'Spirit. Strengths: Making realtively complex objects out of CSG, Fantasy (Dungeon, swords, castles) scenes. Weakness: Lighting, texturing. Working On: A collection of medieval weapons, a dungeon scene, updating some of my older pictures. A couple of scenes based on the 'Wheel of Time' series by Robert Jordan Objectives: Get to grips with the more advanced featrues of Pov and the various patches ( Bezier patches, fractals).
