I'm Abdul-Kareem Abo-Namous, nickname 'predator79', male, age 21 from Germany.
I am currently studying aerospace engineering.
I have worked now for nearly 5 years as a 3d designer and I've been a programmer since 9 years C, Assembler, Basic). I'm single.
I got into raytracing when I started work at a local multimedia company, using all of my free time to learn 3ds max and softimage. Willing to learn at home too (but unable to afford the programs) I turned to POVRay and BMRT. After that I got a job in architectural visualization, and I go from one client to another and I'm still getting ;).
I will finish my website in the near future and when I do so I'll post a small email on irtc mailing list.
Programs:
3D Studio MAX - Expert
Softimage 3D - Advanced
Houdini - Expert
POV-Ray - Advanced
BMRT - Novice
Moray - Novice
Strengths:
-I say: thinking mathematically and coming up with expressions.
-I say: fast working.
-Other people say: I know how to use colors to stimulate feelings.
Weakness: I hate texturing - I mostly go for procedurals ;)
Working On:
-an architectual visualization project.
-a 5-minute short story
Objectives: I always try to be able to reconstruct every step I do, to make my projects modular and easy to re-edit.
Oh, and of course I try to be 'the best of the best, sir!' ;)
