I'm 15, nationality German, living in the USA, nickname Wizard, a simple High School student with a phenomenal aptitude for mathematics. When I'm not doing homework or playing computer games, I'm usually debugging POV-script.
Shortly over a year ago, I co-founded a small and growing team called Ellusion that creates custom missions for our favorite game -- Descent II.
I was the first artist ("Graphics Wizard" I call it) they had. Right now I hold the record for the most customized D2 cockpits for missions during my life: one. I'm working on the second right now.
I found POV after years of off-and-on searching for a means to get into 3d graphics. Without question the greatest legally free software on God's Green Earth.
Programs:
POV-ray (of course) -- Advanced + or - 25%
MS paint -- Expert
DTX2 (Descent II pog file editor) -- Expert
YAHOMA (Yet Another Hog file Manager for Descent II) -- Advanced
Strengths: Concepts and ideas, easily changeable code, unexpected uses for things. I specialize in "the dark future."
Weakness: Bugs, bugs, and more bugs. This hampers my design speed as well.
Working On: Customized cockpit design for Descent II.
Objectives: Get faster at POV and be a much better debugger/codewriter.
Eventually modify POV a bit. Win the ITRC.
