My name is Michael and I am 35 years old.
I started with POV-Ray 2.2 in 1994 after I got my first IBM compatible (Pentium 90).
My first taste with raytracing was with Sculpt 3D on my Amiga 500.
My first image was a chrome lathe object sitting on an infinite green plane which took 6 hours to ray-trace. :)
So far my only entry into the IRTC was Kitegirl for the nature round.
I hope to re-enter the IRTC the next round. Over the past 3 months I have been busy helping a friend move to Atlanta so to the people I know from POV-Ray Chat on Saturday nights on AOL (I was on as either Shinzaho or UtahTeapot), I wanted to let you know I am still alive and kicking and hope to see you again in November! Hi Mike & Mary Ann!
In real life, my job is posting job opportunities on the Internet for a local university.
Other interests include Anime, Science Fiction, playing keyboards, and taking care of my new cat, "Pikachu".
